FolkLore Recruitment Limited is a recruitment firm based in Hong Kong, providing permanent recruitment, contract staffing and executive search services across APAC and internationally. For the purposes of this policy, we are the data controller of the personal information described below.

We keep candidate information for as long as is needed to operate our recruitment services and no longer than required by applicable law — as a guide, generally up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to keep it longer for future opportunities or law requires otherwise.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email manon@folklore-recruitment.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, at no cost to you.
